I need some clarification on some of these geeks, I didn't watch the early intro episodes, many of their hobbies and that (martial arts? Race cars?) Seem stereotypically NOT geeky.
What's up with that?

Race car guy is definitely legit, his mannerisms and speech patterns are exactly like a guy I worked with who I reckon is on the spectrum.Race car guy was geeky and comes across as a bit autistic, certainly on the spectrum. The martial arts guy is an actor.
George is fake geek IMOGeorge may have lost but he well and truly won
Yeh. He wonGeorge is fake geek IMO
Based off Instagram feed before batg he has a few posts where he
- reveals he is WAAPA graduate (in a tribute to Heath ledger)
- the photos show him clean shaven
- generally showing off muscles
- aiming to be a stuntman
- does digital art as sideline
I watched a bit on Sunday, show is super cringe but I think they intend it to be.Not a whole lot of what I'd describe as beauties this season from the 3 or 4 I've seen so far tonight. Very strong class of incels though
Kung fool - just kiss her you dolt
One girl (can’t remember anyone’s names yet) blonde is just rooooough. Most are just eh at best. Not a whole lot of what I'd describe as beauties this season from the 3 or 4 I've seen so far tonight. Very strong class of incels though

Old mates make over tonight was no shock, handsome dude but my god was the outfit trash. Made him look like a chubby school kid wearing his dads suit
A friend of mine knows him in real life, since 2008. She said he's completely genuine, he's had that hair for a long time, and she said it was refreshing to see someone be authentically themselves on TV. I think he seems fun, not getting creepy vibes at all (and I'm a woman... I'm a good judge of a creeper ). Loved his makeover, hope it gives him some confidence. The biggest creeper to ever appear on television

Anthony is my favourite, but I am also a huge HP nerd, he seems like a sweet guy. Lots of people do HP cosplay out there. I also own two HP wands. Liking HP as an adult isn't 'childish'. We grew up with these books, and for some people transformed their lives.
I could have been on this show ten years ago as a female geek lol. I relate more to the geeks than the beauties that's for sure.
Been looking at their Instagrams etc and they all seem like nice people who have formed some wholesome friendships.
As for attractiveness, it's more than just what's on the outside, quite clearly lol.
No current season stats available
Hahahaha lol fair point I guessIve got a Harry Potter tattoo and have been to the Harry Potter worlds around the world in my Slytherin robe.
I’m still not taking my wand on a date.
As for the makeover dude tonight I don’t think he actually would be a creeper but he’s got a look of one. I think it’s the sunken eyes and semi detached stare, the makeover was great for him but the hairdo was a little first day of primary school for me.
Yeah I feel the same - I'm not academically gifted but a lot of my hobbies would be considered nerdy. I have glasses. Hermione hair. A technical computer job lol. I was way more awkward when I was at Uni than I am now. I came out of my shell a lot. Been with my partner for almost 5 years so I'm not about to apply eitherThis new version of beauty and geek is totally something I would apply for when I was early 20s. Now somehow I'm shacked with a kid and maybe more, but yeah.
The old format all the 'geeks' were academically gifted. Way more than me. Now it's more like, nerdy types not necessarily earning a crust as a quantum mechanics engineering professor.
I suppose I could wow the beauties with my knowledge of Star Wars, outdated boomer rock music, action movies, sex scenes from action movies, varieties of knives used by Sylvester Stallone, the sex scene from Road House,Jay Schulz, oldschool Holdens, the sex scene from Rapid Fire, and why Red Dead Redemption 2 is not actually a very good game.
Yeah I didn't have no girlfriends in highschool or following it.

Honestly I remember the old format and it seemed there were a few regular but quiet guys there, who had jobs in IT or something, that really weren't nerdy outside their work duties and knowledge.Yeah I feel the same - I'm not academically gifted but a lot of my hobbies would be considered nerdy.
