Geez, you've emerged from the woodwork a couple of weeks ago and have just been throwing punches all over the show! I don't disagree with a lot of what you're saying, but maybe just hop off the front foot for a bit!

Not at all. I put forward my best 22 and explained any choices I thought were debatable. I was immediately told that my selection was the worst ever, with no explanation why. I was also accused of being a Masten "hater" for stating I didn't think he had a lot of upside. I don't hate him, simply don't rate him as highly as others. Some here take offence at that.

In fact all that was really happening was that people were assuming that their opinions were better than mine, based on my opinions differing from theirs.

So, instead of me throwing punches I've actually been ducking and weaving the ones thrown at me.

Well I'm sure many clubs would love to pick up Masten for a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick if the eagles and their fans rare not happy with the lad.

Give the bloke games and he will develop into a star if not at least you gave him the chance. He's had a poor run with injuries that in turn diminished his confidence.

This bloke is the next Bartel! He will kill the pig this year!!!

AFL footy is not a charity where you simply "give" players games, they should be earned.

His performance today was reasonable without starring. His "pass" to Kennedy in Q2 made me laugh.
