What’s our best 23 look like next season?
Without taking into account any potential list changes, I think with the players returning our best 23 could look something like this:
B: Jeremy Howe ~ Darcy Moore ~ Brayden Maynard
HB: Josh Daicos ~ Charlie Dean ~ Jack Crisp
M: Will Hoskin-Elliott ~ Scott Pendlebury ~ Pat Lipinski
R: Darcy Cameron ~ Nick Daicos ~ Ed Allan
HF: Bobby Hill ~ Brodie Mihocek ~ Jordan De Goey
F: Lachie Schultz ~ Dan McStay ~ Jamie Elliott
I/C: Beau McCreery ~ Isaac Quaynor ~ Steele Sidebottom ~ Mason Cox

Still a lot to play out but I think we’ve got lots to look forward next year if our side stays fit and we make the right tweaks to balance our side.

This is assuming:
- Ed Allan has a big pre season and continues the form he showed tonight to solidify a spot in the the 22.
- Extra mids of De Goey coming back and Allan nailing a spot allow Crips to go back pushing out Noble.
- McStay and Mihocek back as marking targets lessons the need to WHE up forward to allow him to play in the wing.
- Steele Sidebottom stays as a the inside mid rotation as a run with player.
- With Pendlebury and Sidebottom apart of the inside mid rotation the club don’t want to add another slow player like Tom Mitchell there.
- Charlie Dean improves his strength over the pre season and is trusted over Frampton to nail that spot.
- Josh Daicos stays as a HB distributor.
