AFL doing its best to ensure pies get no leg ups. It’s our own fault really…. U like Carltoon, whorethorn, essendrugs out supporters and out attendances don’t disappear, we always fill their coffers.

Would be nice if we could boycott a few games to shove it up the arse of the afl and opposing clubs.

You know, the ones that need to pies to put bums on seats then talk shit about us too.

If you realy wanted to boycott i would suggest Rounds 11, 15 & 16.

Three games at the $h!t stadium that is Marvel.

Why are you surprised?

Like, they made the Prelim in 2023 and got an easy draw. BARELY made finals, mostly because they got two bottom 3 sides twice

Then they finish above us and get two bottom 4 sides twice again?

AFL needs to let go of the Carlton obsession. It's not working.

Carlton get West Coast and North twice?

Despite finishing higher than us on the ladder?

F**k off
Curnow not winning the Coleman must have stuffed up a lot of executives multis. So they’re trying to ensure he has a good run at it next year again at cannon fodder.

What's the go with Marvel in Round 11?

Carlton v GWS @ 12:35pm and then North v Us @ 7:35pm
Is this the first time Marvel has had two games on the same day?

"Another quirk in the fixture will see a Marvel Stadium double-header in round 11, coinciding with Sir Doug Nicholls Round.

Carlton will play Greater Western Sydney on the Saturday at 1.20pm AEST, before North Melbourne hosts Collingwood at the same venue at 7.35pm AEST later that evening.

The double-header is expected to feature a series of Sir Doug Nicholls Round activations throughout the Docklands precinct during the day.

"We are thrilled to be hosting back-to-back matches on Saturday in Sir Doug Nicholls Round next season," Marvel Stadium general manager Scott Fitzgerald said in a statement.

"We will look to activate throughout the Marvel Precinct and will work with all our stakeholders on delivering a great event for fans attending this special round."

AFL 2025 FIXTURE DIFFICULTY (from easiest to hardest)

Based on the 2024 percentage of the teams they play twice in 2025

1 (Easiest). Richmond

2. Melbourne

3. Carlton (WTF, they made finals!)

4. Adelaide Crows

5. Gold Coast Suns

6. West Coast Eagles

7. Western Bulldogs

8. Geelong

9. Sydney Swans

10. St Kilda

11. North Melbourne

12. GWS Giants

13. Fremantle

14. Essendon

15. Hawthorn

16. Collingwood (We didn't make finals but get a hard draw?)

17. Port Adelaide

18 (Hardest). Brisbane Lions

Interesting to compare the pair with what’s rated as most difficult.

On one, Sydney is looked after despite making a grand final and Collingwood is screwed despite missing finals. The other has them about right 🤷‍♂️

I’d say 9 is full of shit, as they always are.

Think so.

First game actually starts at 1.20pm so will be interesting to see how the staff turn around the stadium in less than an hour after all the mess Carlton fans will leave behind.

It'll take them that long just to remove the discarded membership cards, caps, and scarves; let alone anything else in the stadium.

Absolute Joke. I'm going to whack a few things about the fixture. Also Melbourne got the easiest draw, they were smart by tanking that last lightening affected game against us.

Opening round is a sham designed to give the northern states every leg up possible to make them successful during a code war. AFL would cream if all 4 northern teams just shared the flag over the next however many years. I sound one eyed but the afl uses collingwood as a pawn to fill other teams home games, look at f**ing round 2, bulldogs home game @ the G for their 100 year anniversary. Always go to gold coast, feel like I cant remember last time we didn't play BL at the gabba either.

Lastly not releasing the whole thing in its entirety so they can meddle with it later as it suits them/cater to which teams they want to aid. Only major sport I know that does this, amateur hour by a so called professional league.
