Albert Franks, the first fellow to wear number 9 for you fellas, was one of your early stars (1909 premiership player I think), and one of the toughest hombres of the era. Had a fair temper on him apparently.

I luv'd the bloke could kick easily 50m off both feet (with ultimate precision) and a quality "inside" they would call him now centreman but tall enough in country football to play KPP!
I always prefered watching him than having obviously at the end of his career to play against... one of the toughest 'hombres' as you put it ever I have seen
