Tbh could even have a top 10 list of crap, scummy bookies and not struggle to fill the spots. Dissapointing what this new age of online bookmaking has become. One corporate holding a monopoly over the Australian market, offering dogshit odds then smaller bookmakers in an attempt to gain market share offering promotions which they don't want you to use or they will ban you and/or refuse to pay.
both puntcity and junglebet come up as Narooma on my bank statement and like I said junglebet customer service mentioned by accident that they are from puntcity. puntcity is in the name of Jonathan Walsh’s (wishbet owner) missus according to another forum member.

I'm promo banned by many but not all and have heard withdrawing makes you more likely to get promo banned.
Any idea whether more smaller withdrawks are better than one bigger withdrawal or does it make no difference?

yes they employee overseas workers who have no idea actually for about two weeks wen't non stop phone calls email just to be able to log on to my account finally got resolved when I went to the NT Commission to sort it out wasn't able to log on at all even after doing multiple password resets etc
Bet Deluxe paid me, but anyone opening new brands with new names to dodge turnover thresholds, avoid betting MBLs & forcing bettors to only use one of their brands can get ****ed. Hiring Fev to promote them says it all.
Crossbet is probably in the bottom 3 run betmakers and you have listed them as good too.

Everyone bets differently and will be treated vastly different at each book dependant on their betting.
Experience with other books would help also
I wager 95% sports, haven't had any issues apart from puntcity/jungle/wishbet. I did get my money three days later though.
I rate Pendlebury bet in terms of service, however it's racing only and fixed odds don't appear until 20 mins before jump. They usually offer a 50% deposit match on a Saturday and money is back in your account that night.
You can add premiumbet, bet66, noisy, surge, rivalry, tradiebet & Razoo to your list.
On the long list of bookies Nick White on twitter lists who manages the platforms for them..Betmakers, Gen Web, BetCloud etc.. Some of the behaviour that posters don't like seems to be associated with one particular provider in particular. I pre covid did some time in wagering and have followed these forums for a while. I currently work in a non related industry but can offer some insights on behaviour and requests etc if people are interested as I worked with customer service and moved into a compliance position at the online operator I was at..I still have a few contacts within the industry so hear some interesting things still
