I had no issues with goldbet, rambet or colossalbet. Haven't tried punterspal. Goldbet have decent horse racing promos Saturday but you have to contact them on live chat to find out what they are. Colossal will send you a text Saturday morning if you're promo eligible... if you don't get a text you're not eligible. Rambet have terrible promo's if they have any, so just take the deposit offer from them and move on.

Goldbet have pretty steep turnover requirements (3x your deposit at $1.50+ odds) and they typically only match 50% of your deposit in bonus bets. Their odds aren't bad though and they'll give you a deposit bonus offer once a week pretty much.

Try bet as much as you want and it will come up with your limit. No other way as far as I know.
