Did they do this after you won quite a bit from promotions or something? Or just a random message
I could not open a Surge acc. Sent them an email and this was the response

I’d never used them and I’d forgotten about them, but they called me up asking if I wanted bonus bets, the next day they gave me 50% bonus cash deposit without telling me you can only use it on horse racing (nothing written in their t&c’s about bonus bets). I should’ve asked on the phone but the guy sounded nice and said he gave me $50 of free bets. Also after depositing I realised all deposits need to be turned over at $1.80 both racing and sports.
I asked for a refund which they luckily provided because I told them I only bet on Afl and Nrl. He said I was the guy having a booboo on the chat to me over the phone, guess he is not so nice after all once he knows you’re not gonna be a losing customer.

I joined Surge last week after seeing their promotions. I received an email & text upon joining offering me 100% matched deposit up to $100. I did not deposit or bet with them that day, following day I receive an email stating I had been promo banned upon reviewing my account

MintBet are offering $5 for Collingwood to win by a point of more. Max $10 bet. Can arb $15 on Crows to make $50 either way.
Pretty much $40 for free unless Daicos gets injured or the game is a draw.

Weren't these mob calling themselves the new improved Tab/new improved Sportsbet. Had ads saying "Watch out Australia, we are taking over" LMAO! And they are voted 2.5/5, almost no advertising. Who else forgot about this mob?
Just goes to prove, anything run on Betmakers is doomed to fail.

STAY AWAY FROM WISHBET
Won a few grand. No bonuses. deposited Poli. Hit withdraw and a few days after nothing, i get an email from the owner, Jonathan Walsh asking me to send in bank statements, license ID (even though i was verified by greenID).
I was fuming, looked like it was a scheme for me to hit "cancel my withdraw" and lose my winnings.
I sent the documents anyways.
Now Walsh sends me ANOTHER email saying it has to be signed by a JP??? he didn't mention this in the 1st email.
I am certain they are doing this so i cancel my withdraw and wager the funds. I did not use any bonuses, poli bank account in my name.
Will be reporting them to NSW liquor and gaming.

They want you to give up altogether and just take your deposit back. For a few grand I'd chase them up on it for sure. If it were a couple hundred I wouldnt bother. It sucks but thats the risk betting with these smaller sites.

I think betr must be run by AI to save costs. Just hoping they are still solvent by time panthers win grand final for everyones payouts. If you wanted to run a place into the ground they're in a league of their own. Over last month a) stopped promos (3 leg sgm bonus back if loses) only leaving total trash offers b) banned half their members & c) bought bottom barrel provider in tex bet.
