No I saw it on Twitter. They are endangered not many left, they are trying to breed them up on Bruny Island Tasmania.

Got my hands on these recently. From the late 60s/early 70s. It's interesting comparing what's written in them to what's happening now. A little grim admittedly.

The last I heard the flying fox was the culprit of their near extinction. The flying foxes were introduced to Tassie and eat the young in their nests. Bruny Island has no flying foxes.
