Although we’re staying pretty quiet, there is plenty happening. The Dodo’s posturing across all fronts as always is holding things up, so there’s a deal brewing with a few of the other clubs involved (WB, GWS and Port) to work around him. Everyone knew he’d mishandle it so moves are being made without him.

Nothing better than seeing a TRP post first thing in the morning

TRP do you know if the deal brewing with these clubs is for picks or players to Carlton?

Can anyone really see Melbourne letting go of Oliver?
Something would have to be very wrong there for them to willingly do it.
Would have to revolve around Treloar or multiple Magpies. They may see the writing on the wall and accept collateral damage at a bargain price to make room for AT, JS and even MC.

I jus sounds all too difficult and I' not sure the executive would be willing to see Oliver gone. The supporters would go nuts.
...but it's possible. Who knows the full back-story?

Total ellipsis of the sun.

Should be total ellipsis of the...Sunn O))

Anyone else just feeling drained? All this trade talk but no action. If i'm going to be honest with you, I just don't really care what happens at this point. I wouldn't care if we straight up gave pick 8 up for Saad. I wouldn't care if we split picks with Geelong or Brisbane. I wouldn't care if we got Fogarty or Narkle.

Trade period has to be shorter, cut it down to 5 days.
No. Got a spring in my step this fine morn'
Contrary to the myth theres a lot more than footy in life and trade time is not a reason to forget that.
I mean it's all just hopeful harry stuff in the end.

Driven through coona a couple of times last year, truly spectacular at dawn
Enjoyed our time out in country, (right out, always been "regional"). Coona different to most spots. Lighting rare as observatory capital of Aust. Nature focus a bit over the top. Lived on outskirts of town and got chatted for picking up sticks as kindling on fire, Must be left as wildlife habitat. Then rented acreage for the nags for a while. Had trees fall on roadside boundary, council/main roads cleared off road and swung to verge. Not permitted to clear, fire hazard of the highest order.

Im still pissed about Spalding, but it goes both ways, Carlton fans still havn't got over the day we stole Vin Cattogio

Not sure my user name would have quite the same significance if the Peter Riccardi smother had been in a red and blue jumper in some obscure round 17 match at Kardinia Park...

Wake up you sleepy bas-tar-ds. I need a bluemour with my coffee.

Great work red - now please change your avatar - there’s a new ranga in town and his name is Matt, the ‘Red Freak’ , Co-teeeeeeerrrrr-ellllllllllllll!! Let’s get it on!!!
It’s the puffed out chest and the looking upfield.

I hope our "alternative" deal is our 8 and our future first for Dunkley and 14...

He'll get midfield time with us, and if he wants out of the Dogs and Dodo is endangering that, he may consider coming our way instead. Would be a monumental middle finger to Dodo.

Jointly present a 3-way deal to Essendon - Saad/Caldwell/Pick 14. Leave it on the table til he caves and takes it.
