Releasing the rotator cuff through the armpit... Had that done after an injury. Shwhdovjebwoqpxocjsbqleixusb. Hurt less breaking 8 bones in my foot.
Had this done in my last two sessions over last 2 months. First time I’ve had it done. Very effective at releasing tension but bloody hell its painful.

I call BS...Martin has rarely been omitted from the team despite the chorus from supporters. If he was allegedly so unprofessional I can't see vossy continually picking him

Not bullshit according to the player. Martins work rate has always been questionable imo, except when the ball is near him.

Has Vossy continually picked him? He came back in through the 2's after his initial injury. Honey - who is his direct competition for his spot - has been injured, so Martin hasn't had to worry much.

He will obviously come straight in when fit due to our ridiculous injury list, but it'll be interesting to see where he sits after this season.

Interestingly, the latest post from Ash24 seems to back this up.

I wonder how much of his injuries are to do with inadequate preparation.

We get information from a source - who knows if its accurate or not, ill believe it.....

but people pick through it and choose what they will believe from the whole quote - 'i'll believe this because it sounds good but i wont believe this because it doesnt sound good'.....

surely you trust all the quote or dont trust any of it....

Its a bit like quoting the media:
1. person says something bad about the blues - 'that guy is an idiot and hates us'
2. Same person says something good about the blues - 'this guy said this, he is so right'

A bit like the umpiring:
1. Miss a free kick to the blues - 'this umpire hates us, always tries to get the other team to win'
2. Same umpire misses a free for the opposition - donuts

Try these on and it’ll all make sense …

Yep.

ITK says x player wants to come to us - "great track record! one of the good guys"
ITK says y player wants to leave - "lol I call bullshit, check their track record! nothing to see here"

Caught up with someone yesterday and they mentioned a couple things...

Cunners, Williams and Marchy all working really hard in their rehab, Gov and Martin not so much. The club isn't impressed with their lack of professionalism.

Stocker and Owies have re-signed, just working on the finer details now. Apparently we're also keen on re-signing Motlop before he goes out of contract next year. Cunners was in the process of re-signing earlier on in the season but contract talks have been put on hold until the end of the year after his latest injury setback.

Charlie and Harry opened contract discussions with the club over the bye. As it stands both are keen to stay and are prepared to take unders. Not that anyone should take Cornes seriously but him saying last night on FC that Charlie/Harry are asking for $1.1mil is ludicrous, both will sign for about $800k and it's around the same as what they're currently on. No salary cap squeeze here.

I guess we were sort of expecting it, but things have really cooled on the trades front. If I remember correctly Amon's management are wanting a 6 year contract at about $650-700k a year, we are not interested. We also have about $550k left in cap space before re-signings/retirements/delistings this year.

Our first rounder will be used in the draft and we are looking at a number of KPPs. If we were to pick someone up in the trade period it would be a Hewett/Young style acquisition. Highly doubt we'll be spending big bucks or high picks for anyone. The club understands that depth wise we are 1 KPP short at either end. There's been some talk about this on the list management thread, but internally we rate Mirkov very highly. I personally don't see us picking up another ruckman, but rather a KPF/ruck instead.

That's it, go Blues!
Only query is the re-signing of Cuners.

Didn't he just sign a 3 yr deal last yr?

On Martins lack of professionalism in rehab, I remember in passing a joke was kind of made in a media piece by Carlton or something, where they interview players and had a little walk around the facilities, a joke was made about how Martin doesn't know what the inside of the gym looks like and barely does them unless it's something like a mandatory session.

A joke was made of it but I remember thinking to myself that that's a concern. Coming into the AFL the no.1 thing said about him was he's immensely talented he just needs to put some size on. Seems he's never really made an effort to do that.

Some people don't put weight or size on when hitting the gym, just need to look at the guy who use to wear number 6 for us up until recently.

Thats usually meant as a dig that he doesnt put on any muscle mass no matter how long he spends in the gym

Martin is bloody strong for a guy that doesn't get in the gym.

It's not about putting on size, it falls on to the preparation side of things.

Even though Simpson was skinny his preparation was 2nd to none and that's more to the point. People would've made jokes about Simpsons size but never his training habits.
