Freo have to say that now to ensure the messaging to the Dogs is that if you want a contracted Lobb then you better be prepared to pay overs as they themselves need good draft picks to secure Luke Jackson now the Eagles are sniffing around him.

They need draft picks & salary cap room for Luke Jackson to come in.
Acres is out of contract and has requested a trade, they might as well get something for him.
Acres isn’t brilliant but is an improvement on what we currently have and brings real work ethic and much needed size to the wing role.

Not everybody, I recall Ryan OKeefe from the Swans wanting a trade to the Blues and the Swans said no. More recently Papley requested a trade to Blues and again the Swans said no.
Not unless they lose one of Pruess, Flynn or Briggs, plus they have others that can chop out
Thinks Briggs just re-signed.
Maybe Flynn will be looking for the opportunity.
Preuss does some good things but needs to address his thinking/discipline.

Freo can’t demand too much based on the low offer they tabled and the fact he is out of contract.
