Blues, Pies chase big name in PSD

There must be a reason why Matty Lappin and Carlton still haven't agreed to a new contract. The most likely one is that Carlton and Collingwood still believe thay can snare a high-quality uncontracted player in the PSD. If so, who is it? I haven't heard that Wirrpanda has signed a new deal with WC yet, and Geelong has never announced that the Bartel deal is actually signed and sealed. Is it maybe one of these guys? What about Yze? Who else is still uncontracted?
