He's taken umbrage with the announcement of Scott's appointment including that it was "fully endorsed" by the EFC board.

Sheeds must be concerned that people might infer from this that it was a unanimous vote and wants to make sure everyone knows it wasn't.

I suspect good coaching is good coaching across all sports, she might not be able to actually go out and coach AFL specifically but I'd think someone with her resume as a coach - Craig Bellamy would be another - can identify what traits a good coach needs to have.
