I would suggest zero if he is found guilty.
It is also worth remembering that his arrest was videotaped by the police, so presumably his refusal to undergo a test is documented.
Have you been following this thread for the last half an hour? He gave a breath test at the scene and then went to the other joint where he was ask to take a drug test and refuse thought he wasn't charge for refusing that anyway, therefore there is no need to worry about it.

I totally agree with you there Hawkers, some real winners post here. However when Cuz plays up to them by giving everyone, including the media ammo, who's to blame the crazies coming out.

Either that or it's a full moon tonight

I love how all the really bitter whinging comments are from Crows supporters. Hahahaha

I have been reading this all the way...how in hell can u single out just Crow supporters ????

AFL star Ben Cousins has been charged with possessing a prohibited drug, WA police said tonight.
Cousins, 29, has also been charged with one count of failing to comply with a requirement to provide blood.

And they later release that the charge was actually failure to abide by traffic laws or something along those lines.

There are other poeple here who could back me up on that, it has been said on 6PR about 5 times.

If it was first reported (by the police no less) that he was charged with refusing a blood test, but now is not.... does someone smell a deal here? 'Tell us your source, and we'll drop the charge.'

Well ffs HE IS INNOCENT UNTIL THURSDAY!!! unless of course it was Viagra and he had a prescriotion back at his house :D

You are a text book case of denial cochise. He IS being charged for failing to submit to a driving assessment and possession of an illegal substance. That substance WONT be this Viagra that you keep bringing up. I'm starting to think that you've popped a couple yourself and have a few active windows open as we speak... Get off the Viagra's mate...

What would be the worst possible outcome now, is if he's somehow linked to that primary school in New South Wales (it is N.S.W right?)

Depending on what you believe (ie, whether Kerr, Braun & Chick are currently being raided as well), then you'd think they'd have more than enough evidence.

Failure to undergo a driver assessment (as required by the new 'drug-driving' laws introduced on the 12th of October).

More here.

Thats rubbish. Sports Tonight on channel 10 in the last 5 minutes have just reconfirmed he faces the two charges:

- Possession of illegal substance
- Failure to submit to driving assessment
