Have you been following this thread for the last half an hour? He gave a breath test at the scene and then went to the other joint where he was ask to take a drug test and refuse thought he wasn't charge for refusing that anyway, therefore there is no need to worry about it.

You are a text book case of denial cochise. He IS being charged for failing to submit to a driving assessment and possession of an illegal substance. Depending on what you believe (ie, whether Kerr, Braun & Chick are currently being raided as well), then you'd think they'd have more than enough evidence.

Thats rubbish. Sports Tonight on channel 10 in the last 5 minutes have just reconfirmed he faces the two charges:

- Possession of illegal substance
- Failure to submit to driving assessment
