Honest question,
does Brett Ratten have some sort of skin condition?

Always seems to be red raw around his mouth and nose,
or maybe its something that just flares up when the blood is pumping.

Looks like he's used sandpaper instead of a napkin.
Maybe he just gets sensitive skin after a shave.
Either that or been pashing Dipper!

Apologies if he does have medical condition
