They’re not that far off IMO. Witts just doesn’t get due respect because Gold Coast.

Witts needs to do more around the ground. He’s a pure tap ruckman at the moment. Really good player but hit outs aren’t everything. English to me looked awesome this year. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him take AA next year

I think Sean Darcy is a mile off. He used to be a good mark but now is allergic to marking. 2.4 marks a game. To put this into perspective, Max Gawn averages more contested marks (2.5) per game than Darcy's total marks per game.

To be fair, he is 24 and already has a B and F under his belt. Gawn didn't start looking like a good AFL footballer till 24; ruckmen take a while.

I agree with everything you said. But if Freo criticise Jackson when he is 20 then they can't use Darcy's age as an excuse, despite being 4 years older.

Way too inconsistent and isn’t a good tap ruckman. Rather him as the second ruck.

Surely they can't trade him after yesterday. Cameron was absolutely pathetic at times, let swans players half his size run past him without bothering to tackle them, didn't even jump for the mark a few times allowing uncontested Swans goals.

Getting rid of Grundy when this is your alternative would be insane. Like someone a few posts up said, Collingwood win last night if Grundy were playing
