Re: Brownlow Medal 2010

I rekon their is no way Rodan will receive less than 2 votes and possibly even take the 3. His clearance work was amazing and the umpires are very attracted to his play, add to that 3 fantastic goals.

Swan was great, but wouldn't be surprised if he picked up 2 votes. Many of his possessions when straight down the throat of opposition. Although he did have a great game. Pendlebury for the 1 aswell.

Couldn't agree more with this!

Re: Brownlow Medal 2010

Plus all that ducking Rodan was doing in the packs and not getting pinged for holding the ball about 100 times. So clearly the umps love him plus Collingwood players never get all the 3,2,1 votes even when we win by 15 goals.

FFS take this wingeing garbage to the Collingwood board where someone might be interested..

Rodan was fantastic, really stood out and single handedly kept Port in the game in the 3rd and should get at least 1, maybe 2.

post of the year for this thread

rodan for most votes at port will be juicy

he has been there best player for a mile this year yet kanes cornes will still be paying $2 haha

Re: Brownlow Medal 2010

His SC score reflected the number of clangers and ineffective disposals.

Was back to wah wah wah GAJ today.

Interesting to see umpire Bowen making his debut tomorrow.

If you look at my analysis of last years's votes earlier in this thread, he is right in that Collingwood got much less votes then they deserved.

Swan, Rodan, Pendles for mine, Rodan could get the 3 though.

Re: Brownlow Medal 2010

The Richmond and Fremantle game was very hard to distinguish, what are peoples thoughts?

i have 3. Connors, 2. Newman and 1. J Riewoldt. Other possibilities i have are M Pavlich, S Hill, A Sandilands, D Martin, Deledio, S Tuck, Mundy.

I only watched the last quarter of the match, so those are pretty much off news articles and stats

Re: Brownlow Medal 2010

I went with three Tigers

3. Connors
2. Martin
1. Newman

Hill and McPhee were very good for Freo.
Hey AG, why on earth have you changed your photo ?!! The one you used to hav e looked heaps better than your new one.
V hard to vote on the Rich game...Newman, Martin, Conners and Mcphee all v good. Riewoldt some chance to steal 1 vote with his 5 goals.

Re: Brownlow Medal 2010

Hill was the other who stood out for Freo. McPhee had the best marking performance of the season last night. Pity he played on afterwards a few times.

I'm going for Holland in the WC tonight so I'll change back to my old picture tomorrow. Plus Dirk Kuyt is generally awesome.

Re: Brownlow Medal 2010

Goodes finally found Brownlow form and Malceski just keeps dominating.

3. Goodes
2. Malceski
1. Kennelly

Raffle the 1 vote. Went with Kennelly because of his run and carry.

Re: Brownlow Medal 2010

any chance of votes for chapman yesterday? season low of disposals of 24, two goals, two frees, 7 tackles. reckon the votes from that game will be a bit of a raffle, although bartel should get a 3 or 2
