the teakle selection wreaks of Hinkley bs, he may be a great player but there is something not quite right when this guy is getting a game ahead of hayes. When you hear of how much they carry on about the fitness levels arent good enough etc etc and then they give a guy a game as a afl starting ruckman 2 weeks after coming through the door then my ears prick up that someones talking with forked tounge. Hayes would most probably be fitter, he's certainly taller and would be a way better selection if your looking for a guy to do the actual job of rucking. Teakle most probably has better attributes around the ground but we need a guy in the ruck who knows out midfield system. To put a guy in there straight away to do the job sounds like desperation and chances are he's gonna get his pants pulled down bigtime. Remember this is the guy who told us skinner was some sort of defending revelation until we saw a guy who moved like a tug boat and it became clear Ken was talking garbage.

so ladhams is a good ruckman now?, that wasnt the case last year, anyway your theory is based on 1 game at sanfl level, the criteria is garbage to begin with
