My brother inlaw spoke to his 2nd cousin in Northampton last night about Brynn. The cousin knows the family.

They are farmers, they have 4 boys, all tall and wirey types, so sounds like he wont be a huge hulk type by the time he hits 30.

The cousin said he thinks Brynn is related to SPP and to Daniel Chick

Teakle was a good call. He give us insurance in case something happens to Hayes and if he looks OK in the SANFL he might fit in the AFL side. If he doesn't make the AFL side he will be handy for the Port Magpies.

"Obviously playing forward a fair bit in juniors has given me that natural ability to kick goals," Teakle said. "I have been doing some work with Richie Smith, a golf coach who has come to East Fremantle. He has coached me on working to a routine - how important routine is.

Building size and strength

"I've put on six kilograms from last pre-season, so I am sitting around 99 kilograms at the moment and I want to get to 105 in the next one. But I still want to maintain that athleticism about my game.

"I was playing mostly ruck in the first two games (for East Fremantle in the WAFL league series). Then we got another ruckman in and they shifted me to play at centre half-forward. I absolutely love playing both roles.

It definitely seems like he's is a forward/ruck rather than a ruck/forward.

Which should pair well with Hayes.

REH is going to fume that a WAFL club has a goal kicking coach while we just continue to hope it improves.
