Playing "Rugby" on Bog on MW1 was a blast

So excited for this. COD 4 did not leave my 360 for a full year after it came out. Was ridiculous how much i played it!

Raven handling the development should mean that we'll see the rest of the maps most likely as DLC, IW would be handling Infinite Warfares DLC.

As for the trailer, whilst looking like generic future CoD, Infinite Warfare already looks more interesting than what I played of the Black Ops 3 campaign (still salty Treyarch ****ed it up considering how good the first 2 were) Didn't notice any boost jumping, that's a good sign.

Maps being way too large and the quick time to kill was what broke Ghosts MP for me, I'm buying the game for CoD 4 remastered so I'll at least be giving IW a chance at redemption.

That CoD 4 footage though, god damn, so glad it's a proper remake when they could've gone the up-res PC port path. Everything being reworked explains only 10 maps, we'll definitely get the rest at some point, most likely tied in with Infinite Warfares season pass.

As if EB isn't going to play the used dlc card and not refund for the game. Then add you can trade it in for $40 after you just paid $130 for it.

Yeah well its either that or spend $160 for the same thing at JB or EB. Im hoping to get like $50-$60 back. Ebay and gumtree will be flooded with them and will be hard to move them for $10 there.

That answer seems to insinuate that you will need the disc, but who knows really. The more they leave it vague, the more inclined I am to think you will need to keep the new game for COD4 to work.

In the end though, as long as the game remains pretty much untouched other than graphical and framerate stability improvements, it's one of the easiest cost justifications going around. Normal COD's that have had all the shitton of garbage added to it over the years have seen most on here pay well in excess of the $130 it's currently going for. If you add all the COD's up since COD4 which have really just been riding the coattails of that game as well, then the cost is exponentially more too and none of them still equal the quality that COD4 is (Blops did come close overall - but as a game it wasn't quite as good).

I don't really understand why there's only 10 maps though, I mean I get that those will likely be DLC later on, but it seems a weird limit when you're looking at remastering a game to just use 10 maps.
