Just noticed, tom mitchell vs gold coast, that should cheer up everyone.

Josh Kelly scored 160 against them a couple of weeks ago. And this weekend just gone Seb Ross banged out 137. Even Jack Billings... Yes that's right JACK BLOODY BILLINGS tonned up against them.

Titch might break the all time world record.

Tossing up between Zerrett and Yeo for the VC this week (also throw Gaff into the mix if I end up trading him in).

Yeo's last 3 vs Essendon 81, 84, 58.

Zerrett's last 3 vs West Coast 126, 123, 137.

Yeo has his best ever fantasy role this year so he should be great despite his lean record against Essendon, but those numbers from Zerrett are hard to ignore. He'll probably get the VC for me.

No surprise who's at the top and a certain lock :padlock:

Calvin's Captains

1. Tom Mitchell - OINK OINK OINK. This will be one for the ages. Mitchell has played the Suns five times in his career at an average of 136. He had 141 last year against them and at the moment they are the easiest team for midfielders to score against. At UTas Stadium in Tasmania he carries a lowest score of 118 in his last five games and this week, we couldn’t have asked for a better match-up.

2. Brodie Grundy - After a nice 141 against Kreuzer earlier this year, Grundy looks ready to fire again. He has scored 101 and 131 in his most recent games and is destined for 120-plus.

3. Josh Kelly - Scored a huge 166 before his bye and his groin issues seem a thing of the the past. He scored 125 against the Lions back in 2016 and should be great at the GABBA on Saturday.

4. Ed Curnow - After scores of 103, 110, 121 and 109 against Collingwood, Curnow should be a lock for 100-plus once again.

5. Scott Pendlebury - He’s been as solid as a rock this year with nine scores of 100-plus. His lowest score against the Blues is 109 in his past seven games against them, so it's safe to say he'll ton up again this week.

Lloyd is the only player I'll have on Thursday night so I guess he gets VC duties. Mitchell as C again.

No Rich/Sydney players unless I get Heeney in hence won’t likely do VC this week.

Gawn, Titch or Beams would all be good C options me thinks.
Beams is on my never again to captian list after his last eprfrmance as captain

Yep same. Except for twice, both around 50 odd points from memory. So no chance again, but then he throws a high ceiling and tempts me again. But my team have told me they will fire me for mismanagement if I try that shit again. vc heeney, buddy, may be dusty as a real flier, c prob still on the pig. I give up on captain calls.

I've got Lloyd and Heeney for Thursdays game.

I'd need a 110 min to justify staying with my VC score. Or else I'll roll the dice on a Titch or Jelly monster.

Heeney has only 2 scores above 110 this year (115 and 118).

Lloyd has 4 scores over 110 (115,120,120,163)

Lloyd is the better VC option in my opinion.
