And what evidence do you have to support this ludicrous claim?

Well they've defated 3 of the 8 finals bound teams - including 2 against Collingwood, as well as beating/looking like winning 3/4 interstate trips

Gibbs, Murphy and Kruezuer are only going to get better next year

Richmond aren't too shabby either - if they can bridge the gap between their best and their worst, they should be a serious contender in 2009.

Richmond will end the season, having only defeated one side above them on the ladder (assuming they finish higher on the ladder then Brisbane)

Port got within 9 points of a rampant Geelong. I think they will be pushing for the title of 'best team outside the 8' next year!

Westhoff, Westhoff and Boak are only going to get better!

They're still crap. We should be leading with all the opportunities we've bombed. They didn't get a inside 50 in the second quarter until 11 minutes remaining...

Well seeing as by finishing 9th (or any position), doesnt that mean you should (generally) be losing to teams above you on the ladder and beating the teams below you?

And yet you only outscored us by 4 points in that second quarter. Go figure.

Carlton had a handy draw playing one game v the top 2 teams whereas richmond played each of them twice. Richmond came from below them on the ladder last year to above them this year and only miss out by a game. Richmond are ahead of the blues. Both are improving.

Lol how many goals in a row have the let Brisbane kick now?

Richmond are far more advanced than Carlton, on and off the field.

And in 18 months we will have an elite training facility as good as the Lexus Centre... and we'll actually own it too :thumbsu:
