Dalziell is looking more like a straight swap for Staker, or at worst Staker +/- a swap of draft pick numbers. I don't think Hadley will be any part of the deal; 3 way swaps can become a bit cumbersome.
The Blues didn't win many friends at the Coast over the Judd deal; so my guess is that Spangher will more than likely find a different home in Melbourne - if he goes there at all. He may be just playng the game for extra cash...

Carlton's trades the last few years have been as fair as they could possibly be to both sides.

Swans want a second round pick and Dogs will only give up a 4th round pick so they have hit a wall.
Maybe our second or 3rd round would be worth shooting nth.
how/why is it that the swans are trying to grab the power in this hall trade..? the guy retired/quit the club... its a steak knives trade at best..!?!

I read in a paper up here in Qld on the weekend that Carlton are looking to recruit a young 17yo from PNG as an international rookie, I can't find the article or remember his name, but he plays in the QFL up here as a HFFer and impressed recruiters with a 5 goal haul a few weeks ago.
