seems like he gave evidence, it happened to be favourable towards WADA.Read the Herald Sun article called "
Essendon players’ ‘lack of curiosity’ condemned at Court of Arbitration for Sport"

It's so ****ed, we think he's guilty but we don't have any real proof, BAN HIM!WADA now have their precedent based on assumption. The level of proof they need to nail athletes in the future will be that much easier. Glad we could be their pawn in the doping game.
AFAIK CAS will be determining the guilt of the players on the basis that they are "Comfortably Satisfied" that banned drugs were taken.
It's entirely possible that WADA may, on the basis of a failed prosecution, recommend that in the future the bar be lowered to "Gut Feel" that banned drugs were taken - but we're not there yet, so you can rest easy.
As long as they are neutral about what they set alight.and engage in some casual arson?
And make Cousins hand his back, make Brisbane Lions hand back the 2001 premiership..... where does it endLike I said, doing so voluntarily is like admitting guilt, I wouldn't want him to do it.
What the...is this printed somewhere? It didn't help when Bruce Reid gave evidence for WADA against the players that's for sure

Why would Cousins' be stripped? He didn't take PED's, let alone was charged and found guilty.Everyone calling for Jobe's medal but not Cousins'?
Just let me know what the #### has game of thrones got to do with this thread? For those of you who aren't looking forward to the upcoming season just remember Game Of Thrones starts on the April 8.
Really? Why would Cousins' be stripped? He didn't take PED's, let alone was charged and found guilty.
He took a banned substance. Was suspended, therefore he should hand back his medal if Jobe hands back his. Maybe Jobe can hand back both of theirs and flip two birds to Gil. 2 for the price of 1. I hate Kyle Reimers! Why would Cousins' be stripped? He didn't take PED's, let alone was charged and found guilty.
Really?
He has gone on record stating his drug use was wild during those years. The drugs he took were also on the banned list. I cannot see how that's not relevant.
None of what he took (to our knowledge) was performance enhancing. If you start taking Brownlow's away for illicit drug use you're opening up an absurdly large can of worms. He took a banned substance. Was suspended, therefore he should hand back his medal if Jobs hands back his. Maybe Jobs can hand back both of their and flip two birds to Gil.

Are the substances on the prohibited list?None of what he took (to our knowledge) was performance enhancing. If you start taking Brownlow's away for illicit drug use you're opening up an absurdly large can of worms.
Idk. Do we start blocking Brownlow's to people with one strike? Two? How would this work exactly? Are the substances on the prohibited list?
Well guess what Essendons stuck with and it hasn't been proven that we took anything.None of what he took (to our knowledge) was performance enhancing. If you start taking Brownlow's away for illicit drug use you're opening up an absurdly large can of worms.
We are the can the sh## comes in man. We wear the sh## and other teams get off Scott free. I'm sic of it.Are the substances on the prohibited list?
