Great to see Edwards back...guess Smith is out for another week...next weeks North Ballarat forward line of Edward/Wundke/Tarrant/Smith looking tasty

Yeah, North Ballarat will be spewing at the prospect of sitting top and getting a 100 goal VFL forward into the team as they move towards finals.

Killer forward line in a couple of weeks.

I think the AFL-listed players can play as long as their AFL team is alive regardless of games played.

So as long as North are still playing finals our boys can play for NB.

Forcast for a miserable weekend in Ballarat, top of 8 degrees.:(
Might still go an watch, if only to see how Edwards goes.:thumbsu:

Josh Smith is out one more week and then should be ready. He has been back training again already. If all goes well with Azza this week, he'll play North Ballarat seniors next week. Yes, that is a scary forward line with Smith, Azza, Tazza, Wundke and Paul McMahon. Depending on how long Azza plays VFL, North Ballarat could dominate come finals with a forward set-up like that!

If he only played half a game as suggested. A fair effort on the face of it.

As someone else said on a recent thread, it's great to see those dropped from the seniors, fighting hard in the reserves! That's what depth is all about; pressure on the senior guys to hold their spots. Players can't take their positions for granted; perform or you're dropped. (Sheedy actually rotated players in 2000, with that sort of effect.)
