Just a passionate Lake Boga lady, whose family has been involved for decades…asking for more help. I think she spoke brilliantly
Pretty embarassing if you are a boga member/ supporter to have that plastered all over social media.. there’s a fair few better ways to get that message across and keeping it in house.. I know a few players a filthy with her

Feel free to list the better ways, that are effective. Not little posters in clubrooms that are overlooked or a speech while everyone is talking not listening anyway.
Could do a draw that's mandatory, if you're a filthy player and don't turn up it's no game? If you're a parent, your kid doesn't get one. Watch them all leave with the sulks. So instead, rely on people volunteering their time only for the same 3% to turn up that may not be there one day. There's those that couldn't, and couldn't be bothered. Pretty clear to me who it was aimed at. And I don't watch it thinking it's embarrassing for the club at all, I see it as someone at the club who cares and wanted help.

Doesn’t matter what you do or say at a club that is full of volunteers you will always piss someone off or a family off. Taking it to social media probably isn’t the right thing to do and make it public for the whole league but each to their own.

There is a right way and a wrong way to deliver messages like that. I don’t think it was the right way.

At least someone is passionate about the club and was prepared to get in and have a go at the club.

Like is said her family had a long history there and if she felt like she wanted to have a say then good one her.

It might actually stir up some action at the joint

I never doubted her passion or her history roota. All I said was they are better more professional ways to get a message across. Imagine if you were a new player to the club or a new junior family to the club and seen that..

I'd say every club in the league has hit those lows at some point, boga always being a good club, the likes of pumpa parsons, coloe, heil, Wilson etc all local guys who were pivotal in winning a flag, don't reckon we need to kick them whilst their down

Strange what is happening at Boga. Have junior numbers the rest of the league would die for, apparently very strong in netball, their reserves have just come off a grand final appearance and always seem to have a lot of passionate support.
Now looking like they will be trying to avoid the spoon in the main game again

Do you think the post was effective do you? Is that why it’s been taken down and an apology posted?Jog on Davies.

Who’s the most likely team to cause an upset this week? I think the doggies against Cohuna. They’ve had a massive preseason. I saw them training at 5:30am one morning. If that doesn’t scream signs that they will be very impressive I’m not sure what will! Big watch for mine

I can’t see any massive upsets this weekend. Eagles and Toolybuc is a 50/50 game, same as balranald and Kerang.

Not a believer in the swans?
Think Woorinen will be too strong. With Kirby and Gardner both playing one will play forward and I think they will be too big for swan hills defence. Will be a good battle in the midfield as Toby is also still a quality ruckman.

Not a believer in the swans?
The only way I can see an upset is if the swans run the tigers off their legs. Miliado looks to have really ramped up the workload of the swans and also the tigers have pulled out of two practice games due to lack of numbers. Could they be under done?
