Ch 7 tonight - 11.10-1.10 - Seven's Greatest Grand Finals

Looks like Channel 7 have finally decided to bring back atleast a mini-version of the much loved 'Grand Final Marathon'. I'm hoping for some 1989 action, as well as 1998 second-half and 2002 final quarter viewage.

Anyone else got a favourite quarter/half that they want to see? Or does anyone know what is actually going to be played tonight?

I wish they'd bring back the actual all-night marathon again. Two hours of highlights just isn't the same. It'd be good to see the whole '89 grand final, not just the last quarter.

This is definitely one area where Channel 7 excels. The Grand Final footy marathon was great when 7 had the rights.

In fact if they showed old highlights of AFL/VFL games every night instead of informercials they would rate their **** offs.

Best quarter of Grand Final football IMO is the first quarter of 1982.

The weather changing from sunny, to torrential storm, to overcast to sunny all in 30mins
