After much thought and assuming Bruz doesn't play, i think we should give our new recuit a run, i hear he's a competitive beast.

In: NDaicos, Brayden Maynardavich
Out: lippa, Bruz

The Cox, Cameron choice is hard, Cox is better in the ruck and Cameron is better around the ground, it would be good if we could play one and bring Noble in for some speed, is there some way we could get Cox and Cameron to mate and create a "super ruck"??? mmmm, let me think on that one.

I don't agree that Cameron is better around the ground. Cameron has some forward craft but that hasn't been evident this year. The fact we subbed him probably suggests he's the next one to be out. Personally want Frampton to return as McStay isn't enough in the ruck. High on the shopping list for me during trade and FA is a mature age ruck/forward. Begg isn't a natural ruck, Oscar is too small (naturally, he'll bulk up and reach the required size but that will take a few seasons yet).

If Maynard is out, John Noble returns.

Not sure if you caught Fly's post game presser - he mentioned that Cameron was unwell prior to the game and that Noble was a chance to take his place.

I haven't caught it. Credit to Noble for his attitude. Carried himself well all night, didn't have a tantrum.

I have now listened to Fly's press conference. Such a calm speaker. Interesting about Cameron. One ot watch.

Fly thinks Frampton played one of his best games against Essendon. So he's another who'll be in the running to return.

Respect for Will Hoskin-Elliott continues to grow. I've been guilty of flogging him but I think his recent form is a dividend for the years of unheralded hard labour he's put in.

that was odd that he said Frampton played his best game the previous round.
Frampton's best games were three consecutive rounds in the ruck against St Kilda, Essendon and Adelaide

Maybe fly meant it was his best game in a position he was half a chance of being selected in. He’s not coming back to ruck and he was only an emergency selection when he did.

Start a petition, I’m a big advocate for a pre grand final bye. With the week of counting against suspensions. It’s in everyone’s interests to have the teams fresh, the AFL could make so much money in the lead up. Have a bronze medal game even.
