I know we had Kreuger as the medi sub against Geelong but in hindsight it was very risky. If Adams went down earlier in the game we were replacing an inside mid with a tall forward.

Also on Freo I feel some confidence because they didn't really trouble us last time at their home ground. I'd argue we're better now than them despite no Adams and now it's at the MCG.

But at the same time they were only one Jamie Elliott kick (well, 2 to be technical) away from being top 4 and finishing above us.

I think it cost us the game. A runner with fresh legs in the last quarter would have been advantageous. Would have been set up perfectly for Carmichael.

And not necessarily even if it happens during a game, but if it happens overnight will normal programming be scrapped for an extended period?

Wasn't very good at it but it was pretty interesting so I kept at it

Having inadvertently triggered this debate with my use of “The Daicii” to describe the brothers Daicos, I am persuaded by the educational Ancient Greek analysis and will henceforth refer to them in the plural as “The Daicoi”.

Who knew there was much wisdom within the ranks of the Collingwood BF pages! Thanks for the enlightenment!
