Saw posters suggestions for Murray and Pedlar to be picked obviously wasn't watching todays game. Both very ordinary and Pedlar is a long long way from being a first round pick and heading for another Hamish 1st round blunder which are mounting up.
Strachan was good but no way demanded to be elevated.
Worrell although beaten one on one couple of times was impressive and could take Dawson place to release him to wing.
Happy with either Hinge or Hamill to replace Smith.
Shoey has to come in and Rowe was very good .
Parnell is absolute class but they are no going to drop Brown yet.
Both Newchurch and McAsey showed something to hope for .
Nankivell and Soligo wasn't as impressive as hoped.

Realistically it will be:
OUT - Smith, McHnery, Sholl
IN - Milera, Rowe, Hinge
Like it or not Smith's 200+ games will be replaced by whoever has the next most games and that's Milera.

I dont mean to pick on your post specifically, but this is Adelaide. I see my kids put up a christmas list every year with all sorts of stuff they want, but they only get a small fraction. That is how i think it will roll this week..a couple of changes tops

2 forced changes only would be my bet. Hinge for smith, Schoey for Ned and Rowie to sub.

Go rewatch the first quarter of the sanfl game. Pedlar looked every bit a first rounder.

Go rewatch Q2 to Q4 and you have a parklands footballer.

Mutineer was Parnell a defender or mid as a junior?

Am wondering if AFC have pushed him back to defence because he wouldn’t get a go in our stacked midfield?

Even though he is slight he can find the ball, has good pace and evasion, and neat skills. Would he ever make it into the middle?

Half back/wing, really came under notice in his over age year playing across half back hence his selection in the MSD. Wing maybe but I think running back is his spot.

It's going to be a tough month of footy... and likely our loss count will increase which everyone here knows is probably where we are at... I would like to see dawson moved to the wing for at least some of the time...

I'm not worried too much with the losses.

Except if nothing is done to solve problems are, or to at least try.

Our midfield got absolutely mauled by GWS, it's concerning that Nick's in public anyway hasn't acknowledged this from what I've heard.

It appears whilst the injury to Sloane had its silver lining in Berry is back we may need all of them to be injured before Nick's does anything differently.

Thought the same, first quarter why isn't this guy getting a run in the seniors - the next three quarters showed why.

There are definitely signs with him though, but does seem he will offer the same as the majority of our mids.

OUT - IN

Smith - Hinge
McHenry - Rowe
Crouch - Schoenberg
ROB - Strachan
Scholl - Worrell

Mid rotations for Laird, Keays, Schoenberg, Berry, Rachele, Hately
I quite like this set of changes actually.

So it's never going to happen. :)

For those wanting to drop Hately - we just can't do that. Would be absolute trash player management. I personally don't think he's got it, but you give him 5 games at least to prove something.

It's just embarrassing at this point. Don't have the depth and don't even bother trying.

Wrong games. The CBAs actually were (not that they were much better)

O'Brien - 26
Laird - 26
Keays - 24
Crouch - 18
Berry - 11
Rachele - 8
Himmelberg - 3

Ash - 23
Green - 21
Preuss - 18
Kelly - 16
Taranto - 15
Flynn - 11
Ward - 11
Coniglio - 1

3 ****n b grade level midfielders up against some of the leagues best..

We all saw the result.

The scary part is our club/coaches, and many of our supporters mind you, think these three blokes are the answer.

“Stacked”.

That 8 to Rachele is irrelevant as most of them came in the last quarter when the game was already over.

Oh thank **** for that

Deadset, I was questioning my own eyes because I had thought I saw Rachele in there.

Just made me more passed off . Thanks for the heads up I'll find the right ones.

The results of the Review thread Poll are interesting.
Only 3 players (Walker/Dawson/Berry) were considered by 50% or more of those who voted to have played well.

However, the standouts (5%<) of those thought to have played poorly are:
Brown
Frampton
Gollant 0%
Hately
Himmelberg 0%
Murphy
O'Brien
Sholl 0%

Many (I am one of them) want Gold-Pass-O'Brien dropped for Strachan. Won't happen.
Himmelberg has gone from prime rib to shit in the last 2 weeks.
Against height and strength, Frampton has shown he is not a KPD, but good when allowed to roam in defence (eg last week).
Hately has had 2 weeks to show something.
Sholl was awful when exposed to GWS heat and physicality. Whitfield (I think) showed he can run faster backwards than Sholl does, forward.

I'd like to see OUT: Hately/ Sholl/ Brown/ Smith (inj)/ McHenry (inj)
IN: Hinge/ Hamill/ Milera-or-Parnell/ Worrell/ Rowe
but I doubt they'll make any more than 3 of those, if that.
