I'd go for the following:
Out
Smith, McHenry, Sholl, Berg

In:
Worrell, Rowe, Hinge, McAsey

Hinge to go to Dawson's spot, Dawson to the wing. Time to see what McAsey can do up forward. Don't think we should drop Gollant, as he has a bit of x-factor. Could also drop Crouch or Hately for Schoey.

Replace with Hinge and or Hammill and send him back to the Snaffle to work on his deficiencies?
It's hard though, his deficiencies are clearly mental. Just didn't go hard enough when it was his turn

No unforced changes would be a joke. Plenty of good candiates to drop - ROB, Sholl, Hately, Berg..the list goes on.

Wouldn't be dropping Hately, not yet. Played well enough in the 2nd half and I can't stand giving guys 1 game and then back to the magoos.

Out: Smith (inj.), Crouch, McHenry (inj.)
In: Hinge, Worrell, Rowe

Use Worrell and Hinge as 6 and 7 in defence, free Dawson up for the wing. Hately to take mid time from Crouch. Give Schoenberg another run in the SANFL and make Crouch sub.

FF: Rowe, Himmelberg, Gollant
HF: Rachele, Walker, McAdam
C: Dawson, Laird, Cook
HB: Hinge, Frampton, Jones
FB: Brown, Butts, Doedee
R: ROB, Keays, Berry
Int: Sholl, Hately, Worrell, Murphy

Unlucky Emergencies: Hamill, Newchurch, Parnell, Strachan

Lucky and will need good games next two weeks: Brown, Gollant, Sholl, ROB

I would make more changes but there is no chance we drop more than one other senior player with Smith injured this week.

You all know that Crouch is not going to be dropped. His disposal numbers will always keep him in. I thought he had a terrible game and this was largely the opinion of all those in section 135!

He had a better game against the Bulldogs. Strangely, he appeared to play (or get his possessions) back of centre and found some time and space to cover for his slow decision making. Perhaps he can do some more of that! (Or it could just be because his family was there to watch him play!)

All I know is that whenever he or ROB get the ball forward of centre, especially in a congestion, it is a heart-in-mouth experience. And it was obvious that GWS know this, therefore targetting them forcing easy turnovers.

I get the point and agree mostly. If we need to give him 2 or 3 more games to rule a line through him permanently then so be it.

That is better than dropping him now and then bringing him back towards the end of the year still not sure if he has got it or not.

Going on what Van Berlo mentioned in today's article,
Millera will Play,
Interestingly he mentions a few players who played well, but no mention of Hinge,

“Wayne (Milera) showed some strong form, I thought Patty Parnell along with Josh Worrell down back were two shining lights for us which helps put some pressure on above,” he said.

Will Hamill was also good, Fischer McAsey and Darcy Fogarty had their moments ahead of the ball. James Rowe was really important for us, Jake Soligo had his moments.

Rest of the article is about how they are keen to bring Milera back and how important he is to the team.

I watched Milera and he wasn't that good at all but I agree his games played total will get him a game. Worrell was far superior to Milera but he doesn't fit the right experience profile. The only players that should get a game out of yesterday's SANFL game is Hinge and Worrell closely followed by Parnell and Hamill. Newchurch is not far off and has a lot more upside than Rowe who they will likely bring in with Milera. Soligo I didn't notice but the club loves talking him up. Must be a great trainer.
