We had one non-conservative week of selections when we bought in Driz and Johnson and dropped Brodie. Now it's back to the boring uninspiring changes. Banfield is not a b22 player. And he's not a replacement for Freddy. He doesn't even DO anything how is he the best option i will never understand.

Yep, agreed. As I said, I'd like to see him in the side. We've also arguably seen enough of Banfield to know what he brings and it's really not good enough on a consistent basis.

The hand wringing because we haven't picked a guy who's been borderline delist material for years is a bit much though.

I thought he was going for experience and nothing much else but he's literally first into the 23 if something happens unless Corbett and Brodie are straight on the plane after the game so they can sub if needed.

Look I love banners just not when I compare him to Freddy. But his 1 or 2 goals will be all he does imo, whereas Freddy will have 1 or 2 goals and assist immensley with our ball movement and forward pressure.
