Why the fu** would you drop Gardiner?

Same reason I had last time.

I believe he’s overrated on here. He allows to much space between himself and his man, gives away unnecessary fouls in the defensive 50, resulting in scores against, and turns the ball over in the defensive half, which gets punished by good teams.

Gardiner is underrated if anything. Patfull suffered from it for years too.

Most of the time he gets caught out is because he was trying to fix up someone else's mess.

Dropping him would be a monumental clanger. He's been very good this year, and has clearly worked on improving his offensive output too.

Although with McStay missing had no one up forward in packs
Ballenden and hipwood easily get pushed over. Skinner not played our plan to bomb it in just picked off.

Agree he’s underrated. But he’s no Patfull.
