And now? Haha.

Clearly this conversation is more important than the match.

Not looking forward to the game but certainly looking forward to the frothies before hand!

each to their own, the courtyard is huge and thats why I like it.

I tend to go straight to the G most times and drink in the MCC members anyway

I would too if I was a MCC member. It would be nice if the club provided a similar service.

Not a bad day to set yourself up at home with some fellow Collingwood supporter mates and a slab of beer.
Watch the VFL at 12 then flick over to the seniors at 2.

I NEED to get out of the house.

I notice that hawthron drops players even after a big win. I think we are a bit too stagnant with selections. REward performing magoos (eg Kennedy and Kinnear, even Witts) and also keep the players flowing through the ones when possible.
The other issue is fatigue, I think it's time to take the long season into account next year and plan to rest players as much as possible, utilising fringe players to get them AFL experience, and mature depth players like Young and Armstrong who can still play a competent role to fill in for resting players. that way you have a much fresher and deeper squad at pointy end.
It seems pretty apparent that the squad is suffering from fatigue at this stage which started after the close losses to freo and Dawks.
This policy would probably cost a game every now and then, but would be worht it considering how many we have lost that probably would have won if not so worn out.

So many players we could have used more this way - Young, Kinnear, Kennedy, Strongman, off the top of my head. What are we paying them for?

Just having a read of the Richmond board. Seems to pretty confident that this match will be a percentage booster... Hope we win now. Would love to see that board go into meltdown :thumbsu:
well not an entirely unreasonable hypothesis on their part... but I think they'll only win by about 25 (points that is)

First time this year I have picked us to lose.:(

I hardly ever win these types of competitions as I am also positive about our chances but really not happy with team selections of the past three weeks.

Just hope we can make a game of it.
