Choco......Bitter Much??

Still a little bitter at Pavlich for not coming to Port it seems, was quite evident on Saturday night. Easily the #2 forward in that Dream Team behind Buddy, only marginally mind you.
Instead of playing him there he sends him to the HBF. Had two shots at goal inside 10 minutes before he was benched for the rest of the term. Then looked dangerous as a lead up CHF in the beginning of the seconed before he was benched again.
Spend half the third on the bench before being sent to a HBF for the rest of the night to mind Robert Murphy. If he was going to be sent back atleast show him some respect and give him Brown or Fev.

In the meantime Richo and Mooney were playing up forward screwing up everything that came there way.

He was pissed when Pav knocked him back 3 yrs ago or so and was again last season, likes to hold a grudge it seems.

And i thought your rantings about Gary Ablett 'getting' Carr suspended were irrational.......

Look get it off your chest. You hate Pav, because J.Brown and him are always compared and J.Brown lets himself down through suspension and injury.

I realise you support Freo, but you and the wizard bloke are getting too carried away by all this.
I suppose you even support Bogan Harvey as coach, and his brilliant performance on the box the other night.

Pav is a great player. I think you're doing him a disservice by pumping up his tyres after he had a poor game. He is better than that.

Before the game there was an article somewhere in The Age where Choco was asked if there was was room for all the DT tall forwards on the ground at once. The gist Choco's answer was that he'd wait and see how it went, but he had asked the players where else he could play them just in case. Richo had said on the wing, Pav said at half back, and Buddy told him he only really knew how to play forward.

Pavlich played at half back because he told the coach he could, if that was what the coach needed him to do. And no, Pav didn't have a great game at either end of the ground.

It appeared at some stage as if Franklin was telling Richo to "say when". Shortly afterwards, Richo went to full forward and Franklin played in the backline - the commentators almost fainted when they realised.

But as Buddy was just standing in everybodys way, the real defenders quickly told him to go forward again...

Well said.

Pav should have said midfield though.

We keep on hearing from the Freo fans how great Pav is because of his versatility (five AA's in five different positions), but you come on here and moan because he's played a game across half back, due to a vendetta from a coach ?

Funny.

...

Typical of the AFL to assign Choco coach, after he was thumped by Thompson in last years GF.
Luckily it wasn't Harvey Vs Bailey then. :)

this thread made me cringe............it's crap like this that propels freo fans image on here. Pav is a champion.......who had a very average game on saturday, get over it. This thread does a diservice to Pav and Freo supporters. Chocco is a great proven coach and this suggestion about him having a grudge is laughable. Nuff said.

Certain fans only, thank you very much. Yes Pav is one of the most versatile players, yes he had a shocker for his standards and yes, he's better than Riewoldt ;)

Yep, that's what majority of Freo fans think
