It doesn’t look like the town roles will seer vanilla anyway (or if they do the op doesn’t say so). So to the seers out there - a vanilla result is worth a claim (if you think /know you’re the real one) as it out night immune. Conversely, a vanilla result it isn’t worth a claim if you think you’re the fake as everyone except the heads could get that result anyway (and even that is debatable the way some mods interpret it )

So a seer getting a villager result is as valid as any other game (adjusted for how many more or fewer roles you think there’s to be than the average game).

Villager isn’t listed as a possible role in the OP though . Even that clause about “ except for Villagers, who won’t be notified of their role” was removed when I checked at the time I made that post.

I see that OP 2 was updated a moment ago so I’m not saying I don’t believe you. But I hope the context above gets across what I meant - that none of the roles in the OP at the time I made that post seered as a villager other than the head, and that vanilla villager wasn’t listed as a possible option

Fair enough. I haven’t revisited the OP this morning so with that context I get what you’re laying down and think it’s very valid.

All players who are night immune will seer as Local Celeb/Mayor/Doppelganger

The latest update from wiz is intriguing. There wouldn’t have been a need to change how the heads seer if villagers existed , would there? Or at a stretch there’s more local celebs /mayors /dopps than villagers so it’s easier to hide amongst that group than it is a smaller villager group. I guess some people want to experience the niche roles of local celeb/Dopp or enjoy being the mayor haha. It would still be more reassuring if vanilla villager eventually popped up as an option in the OP though. I know it’s in the opening statement again but that also had an arsonist mention at one point which has thankfully been removed so…. will wait and see.

And how does saying Villagers won't receive a pm differ from any other WW game? You assume villagers not receiving pm's implies thar be villagers?
