We build and side to play a certain style of play and then it gets undermined. All sides peak and decline and that happened to us. Clarko re-inbvented us twice and there was absolutely no reason he could not have done so again. This unfortunate situation is all about Kennett's ego. And he needs to go!

I think its a great decision for Clarko and Mitchell for Clarko to end up and give Mitchell the responsibility to lead the club forward, i just think the timing is right for us to head in a new direction, i love Clarko, but it is the perfect time for a fresh coach to take the reins imo, good luck Mitchell.

I am a bit stunned as no doubt a lot of Hawk supporters are and we all have a heavy heart at the moment.

I am not going to comment on this whole saga because I have nothing of value to offer.

Clarko should get a statue alongside JK Snr at Dingley. A true Hawk legend side by side with the godfather of our club.
I am just going to go with the mantra I have always had as a 50 year Hawk member, the club is bigger than any individual.

I will throw my full support behind Sammy and hope like hell he is as good as some obviously think.

Clarko has been angling for this outcone since the board said he would not be renewed. Hence the fall out with the board.

Jeff thought he could out smart everyone with this bullshit succession plan (not pay out Clarko and still keep Mitch).

Clarko is no dill and hence the media was used for leverage.

In the end Clarko wins again. He may even double down before Christmas.
