One year, with a trigger clause for a second if we make finals.
I like what he's doing, but if we don't make it next year that'd be 5 years without finals, which is certainly enough for further questions to be asked.

Doesn’t Shaw have the player development role??? He seems to be doing a great job. Is he moving roles or do I have him in the wrong role?

He does, and he is doing an incredible job. Almost the most important person at the club.
We won't be bringing Noble in over him.

Pies have better experienced players than us, and them finishing 17th was a massive surprise.
Jamie Elliott - One of the top medium marking forwards
Jordan De Goey - Didn't play well but has star power when on.
Brody Mihocek - A young Levi, one of the strongest forwards in the comp and runs all day
