Yet Amiss and Jackson combined for 7 marks inside 50 and 6 contested marks.
And Chol and King 5 marks inside 50 and 2 contested marks.
Why are you here?
And it’s a lot of factors.
Ball entry’s into the F50
Spacing.

Darcy and Jackson are both ruckman who pushed forward knowing they had a 2nd gamer. And Dew fell for it every time.

Yes Amiss but he is only in his second year and hardley deserves the warrant of being scared about him kicking a winning score

We have genuine talk forwards king Casboult Lukosius Chol Jeffery

His single post has been a more useful contribution than anything I’ve seen you post in the past 10 years.

I’m here because YOU shared my post from the Facebook group.
As stated Suns are my second team because I live on the GC and am a host family for one of the AFLW players (for over 2 years now) and have ties to the Suns through being involved in junior football on the GC. I have been a member of the Suns for a long time too.
I’ve refrained from posting here previously because of my Hawks supporter status and I know how the team boards can get on Bigfooty.

As for Amiss he had 8 marks, 4 contested and 4 inside 50 and kicked 3.2. So I’d say he had a bit of influence on the game in the end.

That’s not very nice.

Unfortunately for me I barrack for a club that has no soul and heart.

Made up of a bunch of VFL big wigs put up here to look after it.
But in reality don’t give 2 hoots about the club just lining there own bank accounts.

If they cared people responsible would be held accountable

I did laugh but that's probably a bit harsh on poor Benny. He's just a sadist. He can't help it.

Gotta respect a man who puts his real name on the profile behind his shitposting too!

Why can't you be more like Ben Supersuns or should I say Paul Gerald Forza Torpedo?

Mods must still be in bed after a big night last night drinking UDL’s after the horror loss

I definitely had a few too many shandy's last night after having plenty at a work party then coming home to the debacle which is the Suns. Should've just continued bendering with my team. I am available to moderate however.

He is an Essendon fan, right?

But yeah, they’re playing well. Their list has always been fine and underperformed, but seem to be playing with some confidence now.
Yeah, Cal is Essendon guy. Essendon team is not ordinary. They played finals 2 years ago with the same team. They got more experience now. A lot of talent, midfield is fast, they defend now under new coach. Finals contender for me. Team wins and confidence goes up, players play better.

Not sure tbh. Always find Cal to be very neutral… but will keep an eye out for pro Essendon proppergander for now on
Not sure I’d say propaganda. But either way he’s still a pretty fair journalist, he’s an excellent draft analyser, and he seems to have a soft spot for the Suns (probably as we draft so many players he watches). One of my preferred media personalities.

Changing the head coach is not enough in the modern AFL, you need quality assistants as well. The Pies added Leppitsch and Brendan Bolton, the Saints added Hayes, Enright, and Harvey.

But many of the best assistants are in the 35 to 50 years old range and are very very likely to have kids. Getting them to move a young family wholus bolus from Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth is a big ask. Especially b/c we can't just pay them more than anyone else b/c of the soft cap and our AFL funding limits.

History says that many of them will say no right off the bat so the pool to choose from for the 4 northern teams is just smaller.

Good argument, Stroppy.

Is Steve Daniels still the coach at Southport?
Taken a bunch of afl rejects to the VFL grand final last year.
Local.
Experienced.

Would he not be a perfect assistant coach?

Maybe he’s not interested but you think it would be hard to pass up if he was getting a decent wage to do this full time.
