Two reasons to settle:
The bad media has come out so it's too late.
- You did something wrong

Hallelujah!!!Mark Cleaver complaint:
"Kelly allegedly spoke to Cleaver and grabbed their hand to forcefully squeeze it. The tight grip caused Cleaver significant pain because of multiple sclerosis, the court documents claim.
Cleaver says they struggled to extricate their hand from Kelly."
Mark Cleaver Artist:
"With my MS I’ve got parathesis in both hands, which means that I've got no feeling at all,.."

Question:
How do you have significant pain in your hand when you have no feeling at all?
It’s catch 22 - settle and you’re painted as guilty.
Gonna spew at that first bit. Can’t even repeat itCarlton winning flags daily, equality for all, no ability to discriminate against others. It really would be hell.
Not with Clarko or Fagan because any settlement would have to acknowledge that they caused some harm and that would be the end of any AFL employment.Do you think the Rioli & Co vs Clarko/Fagan/Burt case will be settled out of court?
Depends on the terms of settlement which usually contain no admission of fault and the terms confidential. Not with Clarko or Fagan because any settlement would have to acknowledge that they caused some harm and that would be the end of any AFL employment.
No.

I don't think the pies will seek damages. You know the crows that's already convinced they're guilty couldn't handle a 2 way street.Beyond reasonable doubt. No-one is 'guilty' in a civil case like this.
If Cleaver was to have found to be slanderous with the allegations made against Kelly and CFC then no doubt he would be pursued for damages in return.
DefinitelyIf there is no wrongdoing I would be vehemently against the club parting with a single dollar.
Saint Kelly has reformed his ways from pinching Jason dunstallHallelujah!!!
All praise Saint Kelly the Healer of Carringbiush!!!

I’ve always assumed it’s the present continuous form of awakened in the context of enlightened. What is woke an abbreviation of?
Doesn't take the originally meaning away for me.
What a load of codswallop. Look at that Avatar with that cute doggie. You're a mush ballPersonally, I’m woke on the outside and a dinosaur on the inside. You have to be these days.
Very wise - you obviously adapt to your environment with alacrity and skill....Personally, I’m woke on the outside and a dinosaur on the inside. You have to be these days.
YesDo we know he was sacked? (As opposed to leaving of his own accord)
Browne's interview would suggest otherwise - he indicated that the club intends to defend its actions in court. He said that to date the public has only heard the complainant's side of things, and he asked people not to judge what's happened until the club's side of the story becomes public. To me, he sounded very confident of a favourable outcome for CFC.Assuming the club could try and settle with Cleaver before court.
He's showing his true colours. Unless you've got a mongrel, you're breedist. What a load of codswallop. Look at that Avatar with that cute doggie. You're a mush ball
Oh come on.Yes
Not sure if the reasons out there but it’s a steeler
