Every chance the work experience kid did the list - and if whoever did the list based it on 2024 numbers, easy to miss McStay/Miho.

We didn’t even have a player in the top 25 of this year’s Coleman. Our own supporters have been crying out for years for a decent KPF. Top 25 implies on average 1.5ish players per club. We did well to have one player on there. And these things are just space fillers to while away the empty hours on trade radio before the trade period even starts. Nobody has any idea about next year.

For all anybody knows Wil Parker could light up 2025.

On this day, 3 October, in 1896. Bit of history here! With thanks to our friends at The Lost History Of Melbourne/Victoria & Its Pioneers:
Photos from the 1896 VFA Play Off Match between Collingwood and South Melbourne on the 3/10/1896.
Both teams finished the Home and Away season with the same amount of goals conceded and goals scored and games won and lost during the 1896 season so a play off match was needed to decide the Premiership Team for 1896.
Collingwood def . Sth. Melbourne 6.9.45 to 5.10.40 in front of 12000 specatators at the East Melbourne Cricket Ground.
The night before the Play off match Collingwood , South Melbourne , Essendon , Fitzroy , Carlton and St.Kilda voted to form the new VFL Competition beginning in the 1897 season.
Carlton were invited to join the new VFL Competition as long as they could provide a suitable ground.

I'd have Checkers and Elliott in there, but agree with Kosi over Bobby in a close one. Toby Greene way down at 18.

Great work from Jeff to help give the breath of fresh air that was so sorely needed after the bin-fire that was early to mid 2021 (culminating in the immensely awkward Bridie O'Donnell situation!).

Whilst Browne wasn't solely responsible for the post-O'Donnell turnaround, he was a key part flushed the 'McGuire' out of the system to allow us to thrive and he'll leave the place in a better state that when he found it.

Must be borne in mind that he was largely in retirement when he stepped up and has battled major health issues during.

A good little era in my view and we've now got to focus on getting the right replacement and thankfully nowadays, our votes actually count.

Not in my experience, is one of the biggest pie haters going. One of the worst commentators going round.
Had a dummy spit that Ed was commenting on pies games years ago.
