GW thinks he will suit our team defence rather than 1 on 1.

Grundy & JDG are the only ones who have turned out good from our “drafting”.

Moore, IQ & Naicos were handed to us.

Finlay too early to judge. Everyone else no good or traded.

Our late round drafting is to be commended. Ginnivan, Mihocek, etc have been very handy pickups.

But it's kind of a bad sign when a kid who only found out what footy was eight years ago has had a more successful career than many of our first round selections.

Crazy how everyone is defending GW when we were universally rioting against Ned Guy who got us arguably a better result in more strenuous circumstances.

And I'm definitely no Ned Guy supporter. Just want to finally have some competent list management and trading strategy which unfortunately still isn't coming with this recent change of regime.

I was thinking the same.

It seems a trade gets a free pass as long as it's accompanied by "freeing up cap space" and can be blamed on someone else.

Yes, but it leaves the door ajar for 25 + 33. I’m not understanding the frustration re the Grundy deal, but I’d be first in line with my pitchfork if that’s the deal for Henry.

Still having conversations we are interested and had prior priorities which are completed, where interested not sure if we can do it or not.

To be honest, I'm expecting him to get injured by round five and free up a spot for us at the mid-season draft. Kid is really summed up by the fact he got his boot stuck in a fence.
