I got one from Matt as well.I got hit with a thumbs down. Not sure whether to laugh or face palm.
Do you reckon he'll eat a lot of peaches?Sounds like 2 years then he is moving to the country.
If he goes west to Bacchus marsh he will, but suspect he's bought East.Do you reckon he'll eat a lot of peaches?
Yep, from a can, put there by a man.Do you reckon he'll eat a lot of peaches?
And Caleb DanielFrom what I'm hearing, it sounds like one live pick and then the formality of adding Thomlinson and Cumberland.
In a factory downtown?Yep, from a can, put there by a man.
I like that it's still a country town. The closest one to the city really.I was born there. My mum always said we shouldn't have moved. My dad wanted us to move to the city
Mmmm, i think you know bacchus as a kid, as i. Nah, its very suburban now. But, its all relative, it still grows peaches, not from a canI like that it's still a country town. The closest one to the city really.
Still isEasier to get from there to the city now than it used to be. Growing up it would have just been a Vline.
Gibbons - IIRC was a nice apple orchardMmmm, i think you know bacchus as a kid, as i. Nah, its very suburban now. But, its all relative, it still grows peaches, not from a can
We probably caught the same train 25 years ago... ballarat line. Do you remember the train kiosk. Vline is way better than metro, then and now... me thinksYeah but its a modern day version of Vline, which is basically like a metro line these days, compared to the rare services say 25 years ago

I moved from there when I was young before I was 5 so never took the train there, but heard about it. I grew up in coolaroo. We probably caught the same train 25 years ago... ballarat line. Do you remember the train kiosk. Vline is way better than metro, then and now... me thinks
Just a function of population growth. Sunbury and bacchus was always bogan, country bogan, now metro bogan.... there is a big difference.I probably mean bogan more than country town.
It's funny the way Melbourne's gone. Towns have become outer suburbs, but hipsters are making some of the inner suburbs feel like towns with locals who do everything locally and who all seem to know each other.
If I recall it was Dickens & they made a nice cider.Gibbons - IIRC was a nice apple orchard
When I was growing up, kyneton was very bogan and in terms of the Calder towns the real beginning of country Victoria and genuine farming. Due to the fruit blocks requiring less land, it was Bacchus on the Western Highway.Just a function of population growth. Kyneton, has a hipster element.
I guess in our day, richmond, fitzroy, northcote etc were very affordable. But our generation has made it now unaffordable..... gotta go somewhere, i look forward to when broady is a cool place to be.
Yes, same experience, i think we are of similar age (young and vibrant). When I was growing up, kyneton was very bogan and in terms of the Calder towns the real beginning of country Victoria and genuine farming. Due to the fruit blocks requiring less land, it was Bacchus on the Western Highway.
