There a couple of issues with that and the main one is Blues dont have the cash to spend that on Treloar. Even with Hendo and Yarran goign am reliably told they are full. They would have to let someone else go. Other issue am sure Pies would up the offer if they had to but doubt will come to it. He'll be at the Pies.

I respect you as a poster so will take your word for bolded bit but the idea that the bottom team with Judd, Hendo & Yarran going and insufficient cash just sums up how bad Carlton's list management must be.

One last point from me on the media discussion (not wanting to derail the trade thread) I read somewhere that Robbo called Joel Selwood to tell him he isn't in his top 50 for the year. Laughed so hard my cheeks hurt.
As if someone like Selwood would care what Robbo thought about his season. The fact that Robbo thinks he would and was moved to call him says a lot about the emerging ego's of these 'media stars'.

Sounds more likely re what we would get for Freeman. Thats a great deal for the Saints and not for Essendon

I've seent his trade a few times and it's most plausible although Saints are getting to good of a deal, I think they need to sweeten it somehow.
