True. We kept playing older players who looked tired and out of form through June and July. Should have freshened them up, and given younger guys confidence against weaker teams, but Fly was too stubborn to not "manage" players.

They've had our measure at the Gabba and at Marvel minus our 3 best players in what is essentially a dead rubber. Given their MCG record, if we can avoid them at the Gabba in a prelim, I dont think its the 'lay down misère' you're making it out to be.
