Do yourselves a favour my friends, read the Port board gameday thread at half time. It's fantastic.
Too early to be worried about that. Anything can happen in the second half. I would prefer the meltdown if we kick 6 goals in the 3rd

Can’t write port off just yet though, hopefully we don’t take the foot of the pedal as we’ve done in the past. We look bl00dy great though that’s fo sure

If we win by more than the current margin , we'll know this is a whole new team we have on our hands. It's been so long since we had the ability to bury a team and not take the foot off the gas. I think Jarrod Wade is earning his keep well and truly.

Imagine how far we be in Front with Bias Umpiring.

Scumps trying to keep port in the Game

Come on Dave we all know you hate them (like most of us) but the free kick count is 18 to 12 our way

Best first half of footy we’ve played for a long time.
Also, oppo supporters:

Nick Daicos gets the footy 30 times a game and breaks tags - “He’S a SeAgUlL”

JHF has one good game in 18 months - “GeNeRaTiOnAl TaLeNt”

Good to see Nick showing up that pretender today.

That goal he kicked was like a tracer bullet

Only 8 possessions to half-time for JHF.
Adams and Mitchell with more.

Reef to come in should be good for us.

Prior to the draft: Speaking on Fox Footy’s Trading Day, Montagna, who’s watched ample footage of draft prospects in recent weeks, said the Kangaroos shouldn’t worry about a Daicos bid – because they’ll have access to the country’s best underage player.

“To be honest, I think there’s daylight between the two,” he told Trading Day. “I think Horne-Francis is absolutely the best (Under 18) player in the country. This kid’s phenomenal.

“I think he’s going to be an absolute superstar and every bit as good as Matt Rowell and Sam Walsh and what they’ve been able to do at AFL level.

When Nick Daicos was clearly streets ahead last year: "Whereas Daicos has played at half-back, where his play-reading and exquisite skills have made the game easier for him, Horne-Francis, a combative bull, has mixed the midfield and forward ...

But these numbers don’t consider how much harder footy life has been for the North top pick, who’s been thrown in at the deep end at a club that’s drowning and became the subject of contractual speculation (why won’t he re-sign?) from week one. Whereas Daicos has glided around in defence, alongside experienced campaigners Jeremy Howe, Darcy Moore and Brayden Maynard, Horne-Francis has precious little senior support. In this, his career to date is redolent of Watts or Jack Trengove at Melbourne - early picks who found themselves at a club with scant senior players of quality."
