Long hardly had any midfield minutes and didn't get near it the center bounces he attended last night. Bytel isn't at the level so it's pointless "giving him a try'. If there was such a thing as a Vanilla Vanilla slice it would be Jack and I'd put Long in the same category. We're getting sliced by uncontested marks because too many slow players can't shut it down.

Young Harry has really bad habit of directing traffic after a disposal, get on your bike and overlap or provide and option instead of standing there pointing thinking that looks like leadership.
Agree on Bytel, the possessions he racks up don’t amount to anything.

McStay did well with what he had. He’s still got it. Blowing the cobwebs out nicely.
We were up by 20 pts at some stage. Since then it’s been about 60pts to 10 geelongs way. 3 tall players down doesn’t help
Commentators seem to think he will play a full VFL game next week. Not that they would have any special insight I guess.

great passage of play from McInnes. lots of running possessions and 1 / 2 handball receives, ultimately resulting in a mark in the goal square and goal to Mahoney
