No it is not, hardly near it. A double ton is almost unheard of in ODI cricket (only one ever). Pitches in ODI's are pretty similar, South Africa have a far superior bowling attack then England and boundary sizes are relatively similar.
The fact that Watson struggled with cramps when he was on about 100 should tell you the mental and physical application that is required to score 200, particularly in high heat conditions unlike the nice weather in Melbourne on Sunday.
Both brilliant innings, but Tendulkar's 200 is superior.
