Cheers mate, as the season goes on and we see who's putting in effort in posting (and who the sim loves) we will settle into regular possies..the first few rounds we will just mix it up a bit. Generally we try to give the Rookies a good start and a good position, which is theirs to keep or lose. Again, it will depend a bit on the sim..for instance it absolutely hated me in the centre or at FF when that *other guy tried me there..but loved me in the ruck. Mostly I'll try to settle the good positions on people who really want to post and play though..and some who have earned it through loyalty over several seasons. The only way to free up some good positions is to pull back on people who have held prime for a while and won awards etc.
Packedlunch for instance is a f***** unit and I'd love to see him go FF this season..he looks and walks like Plugger in real life He could kick 100 with 3 blokes hanging off him!

Oh om nom nom..all the kids are coming over on Saturday to watch the footy, I was going to make schnitzel but I'm seriously considering sarma instead now. There's a Croation butcher in Springvale that sell the cabbage and the best mince..you got my juices flowing!

So Warriors, an update
We already have our first mistakes in team sheets..well not us but in the league. It's very cut and dried this season, no margin for debate and error and in the committee I'm actually in agreement with this, if you are going to be a captain you should make sure that your sheet is perfect. There are reasons for this and also being in the simming pm I understand the work the simmers put in and they shouldn't have to dick around fixing our f*** ups and looking for our sheets in match threads, this is why we must have 'official team sheet' so they can search it and get it done..many people have lives and families on weekends. IMO opinion having clear rules is also alot more fun and adds to the drama and humour when people f*** up It should be seen as part of the fun but it aint fun if your team cops penalties and you miss finals!

The way I am doing it is this, I make changes and edits etc in word then I put it in our leadership PM for at least a day so that it can be gone over with a fine tooth comb by everyone. I'm not interested in ego here..just getting it up perfect every week and that's what we have LG groups for, to work together. Not only are the captains being banned for 1 game but also the vice captains, there can also be loss of points etc. Under NO circumstances do I want this to happen to us and we'll all be working together to make sure it doesn't. The LG group is there to help me and to discuss issues but in no way is it secret or are we above others..we are all equal here so feel free to ask any questions or contribute in any way

Also Frankie and zac have agreed to do our stats again which we are very grateful for..stats and write ups and stuff like that make this alot more real and fun and look smicko too. I'll be asking one Warrior every week to do a write up of our game..I'll start in week one to get the ball rolling. You can do it in any way or format you want with your own style humour/seriousness etc.

In the middle of making it buddy..cooking it tonight, letting it sit tomorrow for a feast during the Eagles game. Pics coming..it smells terrific. Running around like a dick trying to find the cabbage today, finally found in inFrankton in a continental deli. Get this, the guy told me it is no longer being made in Australia (we've been buying that brand since I was a kid and my mum made it) because it's cheaper to import it from overseas. F***** CABBAGE!! What is this country coming to.
